What we collect and why.

The Line Check Report is published by The Line Check, a Fractional COO practice for independent restaurants and boutique hotels. This page explains what happens to the information you give us.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name and your email address. We also record which page or button the request came from, and basic anonymous usage counts such as page views and download completions.

How we use it

To send you the report or checklist you asked for, to notify the editor that you requested it, and to send occasional hospitality operations insights from The Line Check Report. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Unsubscribing

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click stops future mailings. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed, and you can ask us to delete your record entirely.

Storage and security

Records are held in a private, access controlled database. Report files are stored privately and delivered only through a private link tied to your request. Nobody outside the editor has access to the subscriber list.
